Tilmann Ernst Vetter (Pforzheim, March 2, 1937 - Wassenaar, December 20, 2012) was a Dutch Indian scholar, Tibetologist, and Buddhist scholar of German descent.
Vetter was a professor at Leiden University in the Department of Languages and Cultures of South and Central Asia. His predecessor was David Seyfort Ruegg.
