bio	LESLIE D. ALLDRITT is an Associate Professor of Religion and Philosophy at Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin. He earned his Ph.D. in Religious Studies from Temple University in 1991 and was privileged to study with Dr. Richard DeMartino at Temple University. His current research interest is Japanese Buddhism and its relationship to the burakumin, a discriminated group in Japan.
