A card linking to one of Tsadra's Tibetan collection wikis. This is the shared copy.
It is rendered on THIS wiki, by {{ColTilesRemote}}, for every collection site that asks for the row — an `#ask` with `source=commons` resolves its row template on the source wiki, so the markup and the images have to live here.
The parameters are documented on the collection wikis' local copy; they are identical. Keep the two in step: the local one still renders anything a collection hardcodes itself.
