|bio=Fabrizio Torricelli spent several study stays at the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives of Dharamsala (LTWA), India. He has been an associate member of the Italian Institute for Africa and the Orient (IsIAO) since 1996, consultant in a manuscript preservation and cataloguing project of the manuscripts preserved in the Tucci Tibetan fund of the IsIAO (1999–2004), and in the reorganization of the reference room of the IsIAO library (2003–2004).
