Form:Person: Difference between revisions

This is the "Person" form to be used to create a Person page.

To create a page with this form, enter the page name below; if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.

Always double check the spelling of the name and make sure the person doesn't already exist in the database with another name.
