bio Udbhaṭasiddhisvāmin was the author of the Viśeṣastava. The text was composed in India in Sanskrit and was translated into Tibetan in the eighth century by Sarvājñādeva, Ma Rinchen Chok (rma rin chen mchog), and Kawa Peltsek (ska ba dpal brtsegs). The work appears to survive only in Tibetan translation.
