| bio | Geshe Lobsang Tsondue was born in Reting, Ü-Tsang, Tibet. He began his religious studies at the age of twelve at Sera Monastery in Tibet where he studied Buddhist philosophy until he was forced to flee Tibet in 1985. He received his geshe degree from Sera Monastery in South India in 2003. After that he studied tantra at Gyuto Tantric University for one year. He taught Buddhist philosophy to the nuns of Kopan Monastery in Nepal for three years before joining the LTWA in 2005. (Source Accessed June 18, 2026) |
