Biographical Information
Rupert Read is reader in philosophy at the University of East Anglia, where he specializes in Wittgenstein, philosophy of the sciences, and environmental and political philosophy. His works include Applying Wittgenstein (2007) and There Is No Such Thing as a Social Science (2008). Perhaps his most famous book remains The New Wittgenstein (2000), an edited collection of essays.
