bio | Born in Los Angeles, California, Cynthia Peck-Kubaczek studied music (violoncello) in Los Angeles (University of Southern California) and Vienna (Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Kunst, Wien), whereupon she performed as a professional cellist first in Europe and then for ten years in Japan. She was formerly also the cello instructor for the Vienna Boys' Choir.
She has taken care of the Institute's administration since 2000. Moreover, due to her knowledge of English, German and Japanese she also undertakes much of the editing and copy-editing of the Institute's publications.(Source Accessed Jan 11, 2021) |
