bio Niṣkalaṅkavajra was an Indian tantric master (mahāpaṇḍita) and the author of the Trisaṃvarakrama and the Maṇḍalavidhi, both translated into Tibetan by Atulyadāsa and rNgog Blo ldan shes rab (1059–1109), placing his activity in the late 11th century.
