bio	Ergilu-a Rinčin (Tibetan: Rgyal ba rin chen) was a Mongolian Buddhist translator, active in the late 16th or early 17th century. He is known as the translator of the Mongolian version of the Vimalakīrtinirdeśasūtra preserved in manuscript Q95 of the Mongolian collection of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR in Leningrad. This translation differs from the Mongolian Kanjur version of the text and represents an older textual tradition. Neither the date nor the place of the translation is recorded in the colophon, and the provenance of manuscript Q95 itself is unknown.
